Our agency opened in 1996 and is a close-knit team of three with a strong foundation built over many years. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, which provided valuable experience and helped shape the way I lead and support our team today.

I’m a graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and a proud spouse, parent of three adult children, and grandparent. I enjoy staying active, especially through sports and spending time outdoors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rick Prevatt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
